Meet the creative

Through the pen and pad, keyboard and camera lens, this is my creative journey. Come with me for the ride.

A classic analog camera with brushed metal accents and a matte black body, positioned elegantly on a slate-gray concrete surface. Around the camera are neatly arranged, high-quality printed photographs featuring landscapes and cityscapes, their glossy finish catching the light. A single sprig of eucalyptus adds subtle color to the composition. Diffused golden hour light streams from the side, casting soft shadows and yielding a warm, nostalgic ambiance. Framed at a low angle with a shallow depth of field, the camera is in crisp focus while the prints gently fade into the background. The visual style is modern and minimalist, highlighting an appreciation for both photography’s craft and its artistic presentation.

About the Creative

I’m a journalist and photographer specializing in local news, sports coverage, and community storytelling. I grew up in Northeast Pennsylvania and graduated from Honesdale High School in 2016. Since then, I’ve built a career covering the people, places, and events that shape small‑town life.

My work includes municipal reporting, feature writing, high school sports coverage, and event photography. I’ve contributed to the Sullivan County Democrat in New York and most recently worked as a reporter and photographer for the Breckenridge American in Texas, where I covered everything from city council meetings to Friday night football.

I’m returning home to Pennsylvania and continuing my work as a freelance journalist and photographer. I’m available for:

  • News assignments
  • Sports coverage
  • Event and feature photography
  • Community profiles and human‑interest stories
  • School district and athletics media support

I believe in clear, accurate reporting and in telling stories that reflect the character and spirit of the communities I serve. Whether I’m on the sidelines, in a council chamber, or behind the camera at a local event, I aim to create work that informs, connects, and resonates.

If you’re looking for coverage, collaboration, or freelance support, I’d be glad to connect.
